After hearing about the horrific treatment of seals during Canada's annual seal hunt, more than 5,000 grocery stores, restaurants, and other companies have joined the ProtectSeals campaign.
Some of the many grocery stores and other companies that are participating in the ProtectSeals boycott of Canadian seafood include Whole Foods Markets, Trader Joe's, Harris Teeter, WinCo Foods, BI-LO Supermarkets, Lowe's Food Stores, and Bon Appétit Management Company.

We welcome all of their efforts and yours, too. Together we will bring an end to the seal hunt.
These companies are among the thousands to have shifted some or all of their seafood purchasing away from Canada until Canada ends its seal hunt for good. Some are boycotting snow crabs from Canada; others are boycotting seafood from the provinces involved in the hunt; and others are boycotting all seafood from Canada.
